The Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals! The best Muscle Car show of the year and hands down, our favorite. Some of the best factory appearing restorations are unveiled at the show, we get to see some of our friends (restoration shop owners, vendors and show car owners) and we meet lots of new people and new customers. A heartfelt Thank You! to the new friends and customers we made this year. The show was a great success on many levels. We inspected cars on the floor, shot some video footage for the Muscle Car Appraisal YouTube channel and have appointments to not only be back in the Chicago area, but to travel into a number of other parts of the country to inspect cars. One of our next stops will be the Mecum Auction in Kissimmee Florida where we will be inspecting targeted cars for customers. We will also be inspecting hundreds of individual cars paying close attention to actual vehicle condition (and its history and provenance) and its hammer price. It’s one of the many things we do to properly evaluate the cars we are hired to inspect and evaluate. Photos do not tell the whole and true story compared to an in person inspection.
